How do I Order?
Once we get a feel for what you are looking for, we will make you a sample. You can work with us through e-mail or telephone. E-mail is perfect because you can provide as much (or little) description as you want for your occasion. We will create a sample (everything except a cardbox) for you.
Once we have the sample made, you have three choices:
(1) We can e-mail you a picture for you to approve or suggest changes. (**Note- for a cardbox, we will email you pictures as we go through each step so we know you will get what you expect. There won’t be any surprises for the finished result.)
(2) We can mail you an actual sample (you will be charged a price for that item). Then you can approve or suggest changes.
(3) If you are local, you can come and view your favor and give us feedback.
We want to make this process convenient for you! With a busy schedule, it is hard to go shopping for your special items, so we hope to add convenience by working through e-mail.
We will not begin to process your order until you have approved the sample by e-mail.
Once your order is confirmed and we receive payment in full, we will start your order. Please keep in mind that no refunds, cancellations or returns are available. Since each creation is customized, your order cannot be cancelled once payment has been received.
Time Frame
Orders usually take between 2-4 weeks. However, if your occasion is coming up soon and you need your order ASAP, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate you.
Remember, we are here to make your life easier by assembling your favors and coming up with unique centerpieces, etc. We want your creation to be something you truly love!! Please e-mail us any questions or suggestions you have.

Payment
We accept cash, money orders and all major credit cards. Personal checks used as payment are subject to a waiting period until the check clears our bank.
All orders must be paid for in full before we can begin work on your project.
